The LeadGen Group was founded by Marketing Professionals who share a common philosophy - that smart marketing is cost-conscious and bottom-line oriented.

Unlike most agencies and firms we are a need-centric organization (as opposed to function-centric). Most ad agencies handle ad/media campaigns, most PR Firms handle PR campaigns and most consultants and service providers handle one or two very specific functions. These are all function-centric firms. They offer services or products driven by expertise in a specific field, and a defined need by a client to execute this specific type of function.

We've found through our experience that this type of organizational structure can create a conflict of interest, as the clients needs may not match the provider's solution(s). This promotes an environment where the provider sells a solution that may not really make sense for the client.

We work a little differently. Our service is based on helping client improve performance regardless of function. Unlike a traditional firm we don't pitch a branding campaign, a pr campaign, a new website, because that's what our services consist of. We'll execute those types of services if you tell us that's what you want. But, first and foremost we focus on helping you identify what is needed, then helping you execute in the most cost-effective and productive manner. We cross the chasm between pure consultant and agency. We help research, identify and define what needs to be done and then we provide the experienced manpower to help you do it.
